We are excited about what God has done to change our Pikes Peak Christian Artist Festival to the Worship Fest Colorado.
Thank you for your interest in being part of our festival.
For those who plan to display items for sale at the festival, please fill out the entry form and include examples of three of your pieces or items you will display.
For musicians or worship team wishing to play at the festival, please fill out the top portion of the entry form and mail a short recording or promo pack to the address on the entry form.
All entry forms should include a $20 application fee.
Any ministries desiring to have a booth at the festival should fill out the entry form and include a description of your ministry or website that describes your ministry.
